What is the status of my order?

You can follow the progress of your orders under "My Orders" in your profile. The possible statuses are:

PENDING: your cart is open and the order is not concluded. We advise you to complete the procedure so as not to lose the items in the cart.

RESERVED: you have completed your order and want to pay by bank transfer but Brandsdistribution has not yet received your payment.

CONFIRMED: Brandsdistribution has received your order and payment, the order is, therefore, waiting to be processed by our warehouse.

WORKING ON: Brandsdistribution warehouses have begun processing your order. This process can take up to 2 business days.

READY: your order has been prepared and is awaiting collection by the courier. If the pickup is to be performed by DHL, the tracking code will now be available. If the goods are to be collected by a courier of your choice you will be sent an email with the data required for collection together with a request for further information required to authorize your courier to collect the goods.

DISPATCHED: your order has been collected by the courier. From this moment on you can track the shipment with the tracking code shown in the "My Orders" section.

CANCELLED: if your order is showing this status and you have paid, it is possible that your payment has not been successful, please check with your credit institution and contact our Customer Service via chat or send your contact request HERE.

If you have not paid, it is possible that your order, in the absence of proof of payment, has been cancelled.
