You can make a return request within 20 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:
1 - Access the "My Orders" section
2 - Select the order to be returned
3 - Click on "Request Return" for the product you want to return and select the motivation from the drop-down menu.
4 - Then click on "Make Request" once only.
5 - Wait for an e-mail from our customer service with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.
6 - If you are a customer of the Dropshipping service, send the instructions to your customer specifying that they insert a copy of the ORDER NUMBER inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will NOT guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.
The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging.
