It is possible to request a credit back for the dropshipping service just on the first activation and only on the monthly service.
The credit back need to be requested within 30 days from the activation date
The credit will be issued in the form of an amount which is automatically uploaded to your profile. The credit will be issued within a maximum of 10 days from the reception of the refund request and will be valid for 2 years. The credit is automatically deducted when a new order is placed.
In all other cases, credit back requests cannot be taken into consideration.
