Can I cancel or amend an order?

You can change/cancel an order only when the order status is BOOKED. 

Once payment has been received and confirmed your order moves to the PROCESSING stage and can no longer be amended nor cancelled. We invite you to further verify the user's data and order confirmation by your end customer.

You may still return items once they have been received.
